Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil hard for 2 minutes, no longer.
    Add pecans and beat well.
    Pour on cake or brownies.
