Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, strip outer layer from stalks and cube in addition to flowerets
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 basket small tomatoes, halved
    2 small cans button mushrooms, drained
    1 can ripe olives, pitted and drained
    1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing (low calorie)
Preparation
    Sprinkle dry dressing mix over vegetables.
    Pour bottled dressing over vegetables.
    Mix and marinate at least 8 hours. Keeps well.
    Lettuce may be added, if desired, just before serving.
