Banana Nut Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    23 Hi-Ho or Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 carton Cool Whip
    4 bananas
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually with vanilla.
    Fold in crumbs and nuts.
    Grease a 7 x 11-inch pan with oleo.
    Pour into pan and spread evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Slice about 4 bananas over the top, then add the Cool Whip and refrigerate.
