Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw sweet potatoes, grated (2 large potatoes)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Grate potatoes.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs and add sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, salt and milk.
    Melt butter in casserole dish to coat. Pour excess butter into mixture.
    Add potatoes and mix well.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for a little over an hour.
    Remove cover for about the last 15 minutes of baking.
