Beef-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. raw rice (regular kind)
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown beef until crumbly.
    Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is done.
    Before serving, add 1 cup either grated or crumbled Velveeta cheese. Delish!
