Roasted Salted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
    1 tsp. each; salt, sugar, milk and water
Preparation
    Mix with egg white.
    Add 1 quart pecan halves.
    Cover nuts well.
    Pour on foiled-lined cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
