Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cubes beef bouillon
1/3 c. canned beef broth
3 oz. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. juice from cooked jalapeno pepper
1 qt. or more water
6 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. white pepper
3/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, bouillon, broth, tomato sauce, pepper juice and water.
Cook over low heat for about 2 hours.
Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and white pepper.
Cook an additional 30 minutes.
Add salt.
Add flour and water for thickening.
