Boiled Fish A La Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. boiling water
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 lime
1 sprig parsley
1 sprig thyme
1 piece hot pepper
3 lb. fish
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 c. butter
Preparation
-
Add salt, lime, thyme, parsley, hot pepper to the boiling water.
Allow to boil rapidly before adding fish. Cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from water.
Serve with drawn butter and lime juice.
Excellent with fungi and vegetables.
