Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
??? tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Make balls with the first 10 ingredients.
Brown in oil; remove balls and stir in remaining ingredients.
Return meat to gravy.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
