Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour or 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter and
sugar;
add egg yolks which have been well beaten.
Add flour, vanilla and pineapple.\tPour into pie shell and bake
30
minutes
or
until firm.
Beat egg whites; add 5 tablespoons
sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Put on pie and brown.
