Potato And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. pkg. Simply hash brown shredded potatoes or 1 1/2 c. fresh shredded potatoes
6 oz. cooked ham, cubed
10 oz. frozen spinach or broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (save 1/2 c. cheese for top)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine spinach or broccoli, soup, cheese (except for the 1/2 cup for top) and sour cream.
Heat well on stove top.
Fold potatoes and ham into mixture.
Place in 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes; 50 to 55 minutes if using fresh potatoes.
