Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. stew beef
2 onions, sliced
1 bunch celery
6 carrots
4 potatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. tapioca
3 c. tomato juice
pepper, to taste
Preparation

Combine beef, onions, celery and carrots in a large casserole dish.
Mix salt, sugar, tapioca, tomato juice and pepper.
Pour over meat mixture.
Add diced potatoes after 2 hours cooking. Total cook time is 4 to 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
