Frozen Jello Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 large can pineapple juice
2 qt. ginger ale
Preparation

Combine Jell-O and sugar in large bowl.
Add 1 quart boiling water; mix well.
Add 1 quart cold water, lemon juice and pineapple juice; mix well.
Pour into 1-gallon freezer container. Freeze until firm.
Thaw until slushy.
Place in punch bowl.
Add ginger ale.
Yields 40 servings.
