Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. flour
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
    16 oz. flaked imitation crab meat (3 1/2 c.)
    5 c. skim milk or 1% milk
    1/4 c. sliced onion or scallions
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add celery and cook for 3 minutes.
    Add flour and stir over low heat until frothy.
    Cook and stir about 3 minutes.
    Stir often to prevent scorching.
    Add Tabasco sauce. Gradually stir in milk.
    Increase heat and bring to a boil. Reduce immediately so it simmers.
    Add crab meat; return to simmer and cook about 3 minutes until crab meat is hot.
    Stir in scallions.
