Garlic Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans beef consomme soup
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick butter
    1 small jar mushrooms
    2-3 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Put the soup in to a large pot on the stove and add the garlic. Bring this mixture to a boil and then add the stick of butter. Once the butter has dissolved into the soup/garlic mixture, stir in the uncooked rice and the mushrooms. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Let the rice cook for approximately 30 minutes.
