Corn Flake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 c. corn flakes

Preparation

Beat egg white, slowly adding sugar.
Add vanilla.
Stir in nuts and corn flakes.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
