Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can black olives, chopped
    3 fresh carrots, chopped or grated
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. Italian salad dressing
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper may be added to taste
    vinegar may be added to taste
    chopped green olives may be added
Preparation
    Wash, chop and cook mushrooms in boiling salted water until mushrooms come to a full boil.
    Drain and mix remaining ingredients all together in a large bowl with mushrooms.
    Chill overnight before serving.
    Serves 10 to 15.
