Lemon-Peach Pickle Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon Jell-O
4 pickled peaches, cut up fine
1 small can crushed pineapple
juice from pineapple
4 Tbsp. pickle juice
Preparation

Save juice from pineapple and to 4 tablespoons pickle juice, add enough water to make 1 cup.
Dissolve Jell-O in second cup of hot water.
Add shredded carrots, if desired.
