Chicken Pelpell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cabob style
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/3 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 tomato
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 stems basil
    3 stems parsley
    2 stems cilantro
    12 Greek olives
    1/4 preserved lemon
Preparation
    Heat a hint of oil almost to frying temperature.
    Add chicken, garlic and onion and saute 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add spices, lemon juice and salt to taste.
    Stir for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Cooking time should not exceed 15 minutes.
    Put on plates and garnish with lemon and olives, cut into juliennes.
