Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 1/2 c. white rice
    2 cans cream of chicken mushroom soup
    1 onion
    margarine
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut up chicken into cubes, slice onion.
    Brown onion and chicken in margarine; season with salt and pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups of rice with 2 cans of soup.
    Add in chicken, onion and peas.
    Add water as needed to smooth.
    Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
