Harriet'S Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into serving pieces
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar or to taste
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. honey
    sweet pickle syrup
Preparation
    Brown the chicken lightly in olive oil.
    Pour off oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered until the chicken is done.
    (You might need to add a little water to prevent sticking.) Watch and turn chicken occasionally.
