Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. unsifted flour
2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix vegetable oil, sugar and egg, then add molasses, flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and salt.
Mold into small balls, then roll in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1-inch apart.
Flatten ball out slightly and bake 10 minutes.
