Jack Mccarthy'S Crabmeat Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. snow crabmeat, drained (frozen or canned; tuna or salmon, etc., can be substituted for crabmeat)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. canned bean sprouts, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Spread on toasted hamburger buns and brown under broiler.
    This mixture can also be spread on toast points and served as a cocktail hors d'oeuvre.
