Crab Meat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 can water
    5 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 (1 lb.) can crab meat
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in butter until tender (about 15 minutes) on medium heat.
    Add flour and blend well; then add milk and 1/2 can water.
    Beat in the egg yolks and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat about 5 minutes.
    Add crab meat.
    Put in a greased casserole dish; top with cheese.
    Bake on 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
