Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. cornbread stuffing (dry)
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
    1 c. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
