Shrimp And Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cleaned shrimp
1 lb. crab (backfin or special)
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
butter (to saute shrimp and crab)
buttered bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
dash of Tabasco sauce
dash of Worcestershire sauce
10 oz. extra sharp shredded cheese
Preparation

Saute shrimp and crab in butter.
In separate pan melt butter. Add dry ingredients.
Slowly add milk, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Then add cheese until it melts.
Then add shrimp and crab.
Place mixture into casserole dish.
Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
