Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

1 lightly, firm eggplant
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic
2 c. bread crumbs
2 egg whites
2 tsp. water
nonstick spray
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut eggplant in 1/2-inch slices.
Grate the cheese.
Combine the tomato sauce, oregano and garlic.
Combine the egg whites and water in a shallow bowl and put the bread crumbs in another.
