Pumpkin Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
    3/4 c. nonfat skim milk
    1 (12 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    pinch of cloves
    pinch of ginger
    1 (8 oz.) tub lite Cool Whip
    1 cooked pie shell of choice
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in large bowl.
    Spread in shell and use bottom of spoon to make tips on pie.
    Chill at least 5 hours or overnight.
    Top with cinnamon, walnuts or carob chips.
