Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. baking mix (such as Bisquick)
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. very warm water
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; add to other ingredients.
    Place on floured surface and knead 10 times.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with 2-inch cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Let rest 5 or 10 minutes, then bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
