Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie shells, unbaked
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick melted oleo
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Put 1/2 cup coconut in each pie shell. Combine the eggs and sugar. Add the buttermilk, oleo, dash of salt and vanilla.
    Pour mixture into shells over coconut.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
