Garden Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
    2 medium stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Toss vegetables.
    Heat remaining ingredients to a boil.
    Boil 1 minute while stirring.
    Toss liquid into vegetables, mixing well.
    Refrigerate 3 hours.
