Green Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 green peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook green peppers in a small amount of water until tender. Melt butter in saucepan, blend flour and gradually add milk, cook and stir until thickened.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Stir in peppers, pour into baking dish and cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
    Serves 5 to 6.
