Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped fine
    1 carrot
    1/2 c. broccoli tops, chopped fine
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry in envelope)
Preparation
    Spread Pillsbury crescent rolls on cookie sheet.
    Press seams together and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes; cool.
