Ingredients

2 cartons Egg Beaters (equals 8 eggs)
3 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 gal. 2% milk (approximately)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat Egg Beaters until fluffy.
Gradually add other ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into 6-quart ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill line.
Freeze according to freezer directions.
