Stir-Fried Turkey Or Chicken And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. julienne cut turkey or chicken
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. thinly sliced cut up carrots
    2 c. chopped sliced broccoli
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    chow mein noodles or rice
Preparation
    In a medium bowl combine sugar, cornstarch, ginger and soy sauce.
    Mix well.
    Add turkey and chicken.
    Stir-fry to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.
