Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef
2 large potatoes, cut up
4 carrots, cut up
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cut up
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
dash of black pepper
1 can V-8 vegetable juice
