Chocolate Coca-Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour, sifted
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together in a large bowl; set aside.
Put butter, Wesson oil, cocoa and Coca-Cola in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add miniature marshmallows and stir until they are melted. Mix until well blended.
Mix buttermilk and soda; add eggs and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
