German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
1 qt. boiling water
1 medium onion, chopped very fine
1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation

Boil potatoes with skins on.
Skin and slice when cool.
Pour water over sliced potatoes, then drain.
Chop onion and mix with potatoes.
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry.
Pour fat and bacon over potatoes and mix well.
Salt to taste.
