Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium peppers
    1 large (13 oz.) tuna
    1/4 lb. (125 g) black olives
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. capers
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. olive or salad oil
Preparation
    Cut off top of peppers; remove seeds and cores.
    Combine tuna with olives, onions, capers and parsley.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and pour oil over peppers.
    Cool and chill for several hours.
    Serves 6.
