Low-Fat Mexican Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 c. salsa
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
    3/4 c. shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
    milk
    1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
Preparation
    Filling:
    In a large skillet, brown meat; drain fat.
    Stir in half of the beans and all the salsa.
    Mash the remaining beans with a fork and add to mixture.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Grease cookie sheet.
