Chicken Maciel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced chicken
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. cream
1/8 lb. butter
salt to taste
5 oz. sherry
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 tsp. curry powder
1 pt. boiled rice
Preparation
-
Bring cream and butter to a boil.
Add cornstarch and curry powder.
Mix smoothly.
Add sherry.
Cook until sauce is thickened and add chicken.
