Creamsicle Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) white chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow cream
3 tsp. orange extract
5 drops yellow food coloring
3 drops red food coloring
Preparation

Bring to a full boil the sugar, margarine and milk. Cook 5 minutes. Take off stove and add morsels and marshmallow cream. Mix well. Take out 1 cup and set aside. To the remaining mixture, add extract and food coloring. Mix well and put in buttered dish. Add the cup of reserved mixture to top of mixture and swirl in pan. Cool and cut in small pieces. May be refrigerated.
