Chicken Pileau - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 fryers
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. smoked sausage (not Hillshire)
2 onions
2 or 3 sticks margarine
2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 or 3 c. rice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Take chicken off bones.
Put chicken and sausage in the broth and cook until sausage is tender. Fry bacon and onions and add to chicken and sausage, then add rice, margarine, Kitchen Bouquet, salt and pepper.
Cook until rice is done.
