Sweet 'N' Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    4 tsp. beef flavor instant bouillon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large red or green pepper, cut into squares
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine meat, water chestnuts, eggs, bread crumbs, bouillon and Worcestershire; mix well.
    Shape into 1 1/4-inch meatballs.
    In large skillet, brown meatballs.
    Remove from heat; pour off fat.
