Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. flour
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine eggs, syrup, sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Blend spices with butter; add to egg mixture.
Combine pecans with flour; stir in egg mix.
Put in pie shell.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Continue to bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
