Upside-Down Rhubarb Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut fine
    1 pkg. regular strawberry jello (dry)
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 yellow cake mix (fix per directions on pkg.)
Preparation
    Place rhubarb in greased (like Pam) 9 x 11-inch pan.
    Mix jello and sugar together and put on rhubarb.
    Put marshmallows on jello. Pour cake mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serve upside-down with Cool Whip.
