Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. carrots
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar; beat well. Add eggs; beat. Add dry ingredients; mix. Add nuts and grated carrots. Stir by hand. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 3 (8-inch) layers.
