Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    12 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Steam squash and onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Add eggs and cracker crumbs.
    Season to taste.
    Add cheese and mix well. Place in greased casserole dish.
    Top with butter and additional cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
