Swedish Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
20 oz. crushed pineapple (with liquid)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Cream Cheese Topping
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order by hand.
Pour into ungreased, unfloured, 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or toothpick test.
Cake is rich and moist.
