Good 'N Easy Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can tuna, drained
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1/3 c. Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green or red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Set aside 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Combine all remaining ingredients.
    Form 8 patties, coating each side with the reserved bread crumbs.
    In nonstick pan over medium heat using about 1 tablespoon oil, cook 4 patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and cook remaining 4 patties (you may need to add a little more oil).
    Yummy!
